How to Prevent and Tighten Sagging Skin

And applying a home-made mask once a week to moisturise your skin and prevent it from losing its elasticity, which is the reason of the sagging effect and the apparition of wrinkles.
Ingredients:
- 3 capsules of vitamin E
- 2 tablespoons of yogurt
- ½ teaspoon of honey
- ½ teaspoon of lemon juice
Preparation:
- Empty the contents of the vitamin E capsules in a small bowl and mix them with the rest of the ingredients. Use a cotton swab to apply the mask all over the face. Let it act for 10 minutes, then remove the mask with warm water.
- Your face will feel smooth and hydrated and the effect will be visible, especially in the wrinkle prone areas, like the eyes and the mouth.
