Oily skin care routine: how to easily get clear and balanced skin?



Finding The Right Facewash for your skin its always hectic. And Apart From that using it right time is also the major concern to protect your skin .

I have seen many people who use face wash in the morning and without applying anything to it properly move outside, which causes dust particles to enter into your skin and create acne , when you use face wash it makes you feel like it has removed the dirt ,but it actually removes a layer of your skin.

my mom has an Exp of 20 yr in beauty saloon, and she always suggest to not use face wash at day time also daily.

Proper cleaning of face and keeping your skin healthy is defiantly the first preference and need these days for that what you can do is to use products with less chemicals.

If you have oily skin : you can choose product which do not leave oils after using

Eg .: Vaseline body lotions have few some of them leave oils and some of them are oil free.

For maintaining a Proper skin balance, let you define a life style for your skin too along with pH balance of the skin.

You can follow few things:
  1. Wash your face with face wash before going to Bed.
  2. If you have oily skin, you will find oil lying on your face early in the morning so you don’t need anything to apply at night. alternatively, if you feel to add you can add moisturizer giving a 2 minute of massage on your skin which will let fill the open pores by face wash.
  3. Don’t use harsh Products, Scrubs on your skin too much. Using in once in a week is enough for girls with age 20–30. Otherwise, it will make wrinkles on your face.
  4. Drink water as much as you can.
  5. Keep your stomach acid free (which is the major reason for some people who takes fast food ) as keeping acid in stomach reflects on the face.
  6. you might be having your menstrual cycle before which you get acne don’t worry about that you can use medicine to protect once you get indication that acne is about to rise.
  7. try to wash your face 3–4 times in a day with cold water (cold water helps to reduce the open pores) alternatively you can rub ice on your once
  8. Make a schedule to clean up your face once in week (scrub + gel massage + Face pack ) Non oily .
  9. You can use Aloe Vera Face mask And Eye Mask which is very well suited for removing the heat inside your face.
